Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.

Appointments

You can request an appointment at any of our 3 office locations by filling out a simple form right here on our website. Or call us at 573-332-7746, and we will schedule a day and time that works for you.

We make every effort to see patients at their scheduled time, so please arrive promptly for your appointment. If you arrive late, you may be rescheduled as a courtesy to our other patients. Please understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may cause us to be behind schedule at times. If you are unable to keep your reserved appointment time, we ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. Should a true emergency arise, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.

What to bring to your first appointment

  • Insurance card(s)
  • Photo ID (Driver’s license)
  • Diagnostic imaging on film or disc (if you were given these files)
  • Complete list of medications you take
  • Completed new patient registration forms (these will be mailed to you or you can download them here)

What to bring to returning appointments

  • Diagnostic imaging on film or disc (if you were given these files)
  • New medications you have begun taking since your last appointment

Prescriptions

If you need a prescription filled, call our office Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Please allow 48 hours for refills. By law, some prescriptions for pain medications cannot be requested from a pharmacist by phone. Please plan accordingly if you receive a written prescription from your doctor.

Insurance and billing

Regional Brain & Spine is contracted with the insurance plans listed below. If we have a contract with your insurance plan, co-payments must be paid at the time of your visit. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, payment is expected at the time of service. You may also contact our office prior to your appointment to make payment arrangements.
