Cole Ross is a native of Southeast Missouri. Before earning his family nurse practitioner degree, he worked in both neurological and medical intensive care units gaining over five years of critical care experience. Being local, he finds working with patients in the community very rewarding. He joined Regional Brain & Spine in 2023.

Cole was drawn to neurosurgery because of the variety of challenges it presents. He strives each day to ensure every patient is heard and diagnosed effectively. He enjoys the opportunity to work with patients to educate them on their conditions and to create individualized plans of care.

Cole is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Cole and his wife, Lexi, live in Cape Girardeau with their dogs. He enjoys spending time outdoors including fishing, hunting, and field training his golden retrievers.
